The programs run by MIQ have significantly benefited our team in terms of managing quality in individual departments and the organization as a whole. These programs have helped to enhance our culture of data based decision making, customer centricity, employee engagement, and knowledge sharing. We have also been able to move towards building a pro active approach to quality.
We have been receiving excellent support from MIQ since 2013 in training and implementation of TQM in the Organisation, which led us to winning the coveted Deming Prize 2019 from JUSE, Tokyo. With active support from MIQ, we now aim to move to the next level in Excellence. We plan to challenge recognised awards like TPM Excellence Award and prepare for Deming Grand Prize.
MIQs courses are well designed, comprehensive and relevant to the needs of the business. MIQ has not only excelled in quality management tools but also in Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
