This program builds innovation competency amongst executives using TRIZ tools. It helps incorporate a proven theoretical base with powerful analytical and knowledge based tools, which can be easily integrated into an enterprise's existing system to provide sustained growth.
To develop competency in systematic innovation using TRIZ concepts and tools in the area of Product and Process Development.
Separation principle for contradictions, ideality, ideal final result and system resources, S filed model and harmful effect elimination, function and attribute analysis and trimming of components, forty TRIZ principles and case studies.
After completion of the program, participants are assigned an innovation project at their workplace. Post program support will be provided by MIQ to assist participants in applying their learnings.
