Accelerated Learning Program on Safety (ALP-Safety)

The program aims to develop advanced safety management competencies, and application orientation, among participants to create a culture of safety excellence at the workplace. ALP-Safety has been designed based on the syllabus of Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety of MSBTE, Govt. of Maharashtra, modified as per Mahindra group`s safety requirements.

ALP has been designed based on the syllabus of Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety of MSBTE, Govt. of Maharashtra and has been modified as per the requirements of Mahindra group safety requirements.

• Safety in Engineering
• Quality Control in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment
• Safety, Health and Environment legislation
• Industrial Hygiene and Occupational health
• Safety Overview for Chemicals
• Behavior based Safety Management
• Evaluation: written test, assignment and project

Each participant is expected to undertake at least one project for improving safety at the workplace by implementing learnings imbibed during the program: Project work will be supported by in-house mentors nominated by Secretary, Central Safety Council.
