Overview

Quality Management for Practitioners builds the competence of middle managers in understanding the TQM concepts & interpreting & monitoring results there by bringing in improvements in Quality indicators.

Objectives

To develop general Quality Management competence for middle management executives.

Course Contents
  • Quality Management - TQM concepts, Internal/external customers, Customer quality measures, QA matrix, cost of poor quality, zero defect, poka yoke, Human error Prevention, shop reviews, Quality audits.
  • Managing by statistics - MSA, SPC
  • Advance Problem solving tools – DOE, Shainin tools etc.
  • Eligibility

    Engineering Degree & Diploma holders having minimum 6 years of experience, respectively, in the areas of Manufacturing - Machine Shops & Assembly, QA, and Supplier Development
