The programme aims to develop change agents having competencies and mind set to create a culture of Lean and operational excellence at their workplace.

The program is divided into three phases for effective learning of the participants. This gives them sufficient time to understand the unique challenges of Implementation of the concepts at work place and develop solutions which benefits the organization as well as the participant. Guidance and coaching is provided at individual level across all phases.

Phase I: Introduction to Operations Management, Basics of Operations Management, Basics of Quality Management Tools, Operations Strategy Formation and Deployment, Introduction to Lean Operations, Introduction to SCM, Introduction to Project Management, Case Study on Operations Management, Industrial Visit
Phase II: Employee involvement and Development, Operations managers role in Industrial Relations, Inventorying and warehousing, Supply chain integration, Lean Management, Productivity Management, Cost Management, Case study 2 on Operations Management
Phase III: Profitability Management, Production & Inventory Management
Advanced lean Operations, Demand/Production Planning, Green Operations, Logistics & SCM best practices, Innovation
Post-training participants are expected to implement their learning at workplace by undertaking two Projects and the same will be supported by MIQ.
