Workshop uses a participative and practical approach to improve the Supply Chain performance.
Improve lead times and cycle times with more efficient feeding on the production line, production planning, implement pull systems.
Using the current buying, receipt, storage and supply patterns of raw materials, participants are taught basic concepts of lead times, re-order levels, lot size, safety stock, supply chain metrics/KPIs and are asked to work out improvements.
Improvement projects are identified by the participants and tabled to their managers.
